How we grade — each grade guarantees a minimum battery health.

  • Brand new — sealed or unused. Full manufacturer warranty. 100% battery.
  • Like new — no visible marks on the screen or body. Battery 95% or better.
  • Excellent — barely visible marks you have to look for. No screen scratches. Battery 90% or better.
  • Good — light scratches on the body, possibly faint ones on the screen. Nothing that affects use. Battery 85% or better.
  • Fair — clearly used, with visible scratches or small dents. Works perfectly and carries the same warranty. Battery 80% or better.
